Bella

Bella is our latest non-Golden resident. She is a wonderful 5-year-old German Shorthair Pointer that came in with Daisy. Owners had to give up their dogs. Due to a change in living circumstances. We didn't want to take a chance that Bella would end up in a shelter, so we took them both. Bella is a fun dog who is very tolerant of crazy Daisy! This girl is fun to play with...she is great at catching balls mid-air. She is very birdy and agile, so a 6-foot fence is a must. German Shorthair Pointers make great family dogs, but they do need daily exercise. If they do not get regular exercise, they can get into mischief. Bella has been a house dog. She can be a little aloof at first, but once she knows you, she is great. She likes to cuddle, and enjoys her dog bed.

She is tiny to us, only weighs about 37lbs.....just the right snuggle size!
